The product is manufactured according to RCC-E "Nuclear island electric equipment design and construction rule¡±, IEC383 " on site connector and connection piece type test of Grade 1E cable for nuclear power staion¡±, and is suitable for outer use cable of nuclear island in nuclear power station and other occasions which have high electric physical flame-retardant requirements of cable

 

1. Scope of application
The product is manufactured according to RCC-E ""Nuclear island electric equipment design and construction rule¡±, IEC383 "" on site connector and connection piece type test of Grade 1E cable for nuclear power staion¡±, and is suitable for outer use cable of nuclear island in nuclear power station and other occasions which have high electric physical flame-retardant requirements of cable.                                                 

2. Standard
The cable is manufactured according to company standard Q/320282 BND 053-2008.

3. Type of product
Grade 1E, class K3 nickel-chromium 10 alloy of positive pole and nisiloy alloy of negative pole XLPE insulated polyolefin sheathed low smoke no halogen (class A or B) flame retardant extension cable for nuclear power station

4. Operating characteristics
1¡¢rated voltage U0/U 300/500V
2¡¢permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor: 90¡æ
3¡¢permissible short circuit temperature of conductor: no higher than 250¡æ within 5s
4¡¢Ambient temperature of installation shall be no lower than 0¡æ¡£
5¡¢Insulation shall adopt double layer structure.
6¡¢The braid density of copper wire braid shall be no less than 80%.
7¡¢The thermal life evaluation result of cable shall meet the requirement working life no less than 40 years.
8¡¢The complete cable shall pass the specified class A or B combustion for bunched cable test
9¡¢The smoke density test of complete cable burning shall meet the requirement of GB/T17651.
